Description

This type, known as the cock's comb shape, chi kuan (ji guan), was produced only in the Liao period. The mouth is at the top, and the upper part of the jug is flattish and drilled with a hole through which a thong can be passed and the jug hung on horse-back. -- h: 27.5 cm.
